Short, and narrower than you might expect. These terms cover reading this site. Anything you hire us to build, or subscribe to, is governed by the agreement we sign with you.

This website is published by Fromcode 119 Ltd. of Sofia, Bulgaria. By using it you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site — that is the only consequence, because using this site costs you nothing and gives us nothing.
Information, not an offer.
We try to keep every page accurate and current. None of it forms a contract on its own.
Nothing here is a binding quote
Descriptions of our services, products, capabilities and timelines are information. A price or a commitment binds us only when it is in a written agreement we have signed.
General, not specific
Technical and security opinions on this site are general. They are not engineering, legal or financial advice for your particular system, and acting on them is your decision.
The site may be down
We do not promise the website is available without interruption. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including these pages, without notice.
Tell us when it is wrong
If something here is out of date or incorrect, we would rather know. Correcting it is faster than arguing about a disclaimer.
Use it as a normal visitor would.
Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at a damaging rate, or gain unauthorised access to this site or the systems behind it. Do not use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or bulk unsolicited material. Genuine security research is welcome and has its own route: our security page explains how to report a vulnerability, and we do not treat a good-faith report as a breach of these terms.
Which parts are ours, and which are yours to take.
Our licensing is deliberately split, and it matters more than most website terms do, so it is set out plainly.
Our text, design and marks
The copy, design, layout, logos and product names on this site belong to us. You may read, link to and quote it with attribution. You may not republish it as your own.
Open source, MIT licensed
The Atlantis application framework is published under the MIT licence and is free for anyone to use, modify and run, commercially included. Its licence governs it, not this page.
Licensed, not open
Our plugins, platforms and hardware products are proprietary and licensed on their own terms. Being built on an open-source core does not place them under that licence.
The code we write for you is yours
Where we build software for a client, ownership is set by that contract, and our standard position is that you own it outright and receive it in full. That is a contract term, not a website term — this page cannot grant it.
You keep what you send
Anything you send through the contact form stays yours. We use it to reply to you, as the privacy notice describes, and for nothing else.
Names belong to their owners
Other companies, products and technologies named on this site are the trade marks of their owners, used to describe what we work with.
What we are and are not responsible for.
This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, from reliance on its general information, or from it being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. Liability for work we do under a signed agreement is dealt with in that agreement.
We are not responsible for other people’s websites.
Where this site links elsewhere, we link because the destination is useful, not because we control or endorse everything on it. Following a link takes you outside our terms and our privacy notice, and into theirs.

These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction. Nothing in this paragraph removes a protection you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in. We may update this page; the version published here is the one that applies, and material changes are worth telling clients about directly rather than quietly.
